We Design–We Construct–We Deliver on percentage of cost basis. From initial concept sketches, hiring and managing various contractors, up till the final execution of the project including construction and finishes. We give design services by presenting 3D renders and conceptual floor plans as per client requirements as options for them to choose from. We deliver them with a complete set of drawings including architecture, plumbing, structural, electrical as well as interior finishes.

Site Supervison
SITE VISIT CHARGES: 1000 RS PER VISIT
Market rate for site visits is 5000 Rs to 10,000. We believe this discourages clients from calling the architect to the site with sufficient frequency and the quality of the project deteriorates. So we willingly conduct our visits at far below market rate to discourage the clients to avoid visits due to financial stress.
This rate is valid for Eastern Side of Rawalpindi.
